Referees

What to Expect

Our desire is to create a safe environment for referees to get high-quality game experience. To help with this, each participating club receives guidelines on how coaches and parents are act toward referees.

Payment

The following is the payment details for WVDF games:

  • 7v7: $40

  • 9v9: $40 for center / $30 for assistants  (or $60 for solo)

  • 11v11: $60 for center / $45 for assistants

Benefits of Refereeing in the WVDF

Upcoming Referee Course

In partnership with the WVSA Referees, we are hosting a Referee Course on March 8, 2025 for new referees.

 

Interested individuals will be able to get certified online and then get a live development day before the league starts.
